Originally B&M Electric, The founder Ronnie May took a job to rebuild some welding machines, initially hesitant at first he began to tear the machines down and study the product. He felt there could be many improvements so he sought out to build the most superior and reliable replacement parts possible. After years of development and setting up manufacturing Ronnie passed the business over to Ronald Rock in 2001 with Rock Holdings to focus on manufacturing. Rock Holdings held the reigns making these quality parts until 03/06/2020 when Michael Rock a career employee took over working from the floor up to management purchased the assets to take the company to new generation.

Now known as Rock Industrial we are the 3rd generation following the initial standards set up with a commitment to quality and meeting or exceeding OEM parts for replacement.
